The daily rate is now R25,000 (winter) - R45,000 (summer) per night, with a high season rate of R150,000,000 per night for 10 days of the year over Christmas and New Year. After 1 year the villa an occupancy of 95% of the year and booking had filled up 6 months to 1 year in advance.
